We’re looking for an Allocations you’ll succeed by actively supporting others, sharing responsibility and pulling together to deliver great outcomes for customers. What You’ll Be Doing Managing lettings and allocations cases, including voids, transfers and priority moves Working within housing policy, legislation and nomination agreements Communicating clearly and sensitively with customers, including in complex or sensitive situations Working closely with colleagues across the service, local authorities and external partners Maintaining accurate records and contributing to strong performance, compliance and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Experience in housing allocations and/or lettings, with a good understanding of policy-led decision making in a regulated environment Highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing a varied caseload Strong Excel skills and experience working with data, spreadsheets and reporting A strong team ethos; this role requires someone who actively pulls together, contributes positively to the team, supports colleagues and understands shared accountability Why join us?
