Peabody is seeking a Remediation Compliance Manager to lead the operational delivery of the leaseholder Deed of Certificate programme, landlord certificate production and lender assurance across the organisation. You will manage a team of seven Remediation Compliance Engagement Managers and one Administrator, oversee about 13,000 leaseholder accounts, and drive compliance and customer service while collaborating with Housing, Property, Legal and Fire Remediation teams to deliver a high-quality service.
