Join us as the Remediation Compliance Manager and help ensure leaseholders, lenders and colleagues receive a compliant, efficient and high-quality service across Peabody's fire remediation programme.
What You'll Do
- Lead the operational delivery of Peabody's leaseholder Deed of Certificate (DoC) programme, landlord certificate production and lender assurance function.
- Ensure the successful management of approximately 13,000 leaseholder accounts while maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy and customer service.
- Manage and develop a team of seven Remediation Compliance Engagement Managers and one Remediation Compliance Administrator, driving high performance and continuous improvement.
- Translate programme plans into deliverable caseloads and ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet priorities and deadlines.
- Oversee the quality, accuracy and timeliness of case management activities, leaseholder engagement and record keeping.
- Lead the day-to-day production of landlord certificates, supporting property sales and disposals across the organisation.
- Manage lender assurance enquiries relating to remortgaging, sales and staircasing, ensuring consistent, accurate and timely responses.
- Monitor operational performance, risks and service delivery, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and auditable records to support governance, compliance, audit requirements and potential litigation.
- Work collaboratively with teams across Housing, Property, Legal and Fire Remediation to support programme objectives and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
What You'll Need
- Significant experience managing teams alongside coaching and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of leasehold management, landlord and tenant matters, service charges or a related regulated property environment.
- Experience delivering large-scale case management, compliance or leaseholder engagement programmes.
