  • As a

People Systems & Benefits Specialist , you'll play a key role within our People Operations, Systems and Data team, supporting and developing the technology and benefits platforms that underpin the colleague experience across Peabody.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, payroll teams and external providers to ensure our systems are effective, our data is accurate and our benefits offering remains engaging and valuable for colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong systems knowledge with a passion for employee benefits and enjoys finding practical solutions that improve processes, colleague engagement and business outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Act as Product Owner for the Salary Extras platform and support the wider management of key People systems including People XD, Service Now HRSD, Culture Amp, Kallidus and Power BI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across People Services, Payroll, IT and external suppliers to enhance system functionality and improve colleague experiences.
  • Support the delivery of system enhancements, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing and implementation.
  • Lead the administration and ongoing development of colleague benefits schemes, ensuring they remain attractive, efficient and well-managed.
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers, including renewals, invoicing and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate monthly benefits and recognition activities, including Long Service Awards, Recognition Awards and voluntary benefit schemes.
  • Project manage the annual benefits selection window, working with suppliers, payroll teams and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience for colleagues.
  • Create training materials, deliver system training sessions and promote the benefits offering through communications, drop-in sessions and colleague engagement activities.
  • Monitor benefits-related queries and ensure colleagues receive a high-quality and timely service
  • What you'll need
  • Experience administering and supporting HR Information Systems, ideally including People XD or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing employee benefits platforms and administering colleague benefits schemes.
  • Strong systems aptitude with the ability to identify and implement technology-led solutions to business challenges.
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets, reporting tools and advanced Excel functionality including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical audiences
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information appropriately
  • Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR best practice
