Peabody Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Service Manager) to join its property management team at an apartment community in Salem, MA. The Supervisor role involves evaluating and responding to a broad range of maintenance needs to ensure efficient community operations. The ideal candidate is honest, self-directed, organized, capable of multitasking, and works well with both colleagues and residents.

Requirements:
