Peabody is looking for an Outreach Support Worker to cover Harlow and Epping in Essex. You will visit customers at home to help maintain tenancies, navigate welfare benefits, and connect people with local services.
You will empower individuals to build confidence and independence while supporting mental health, physical health and employment challenges. A driving licence and Enhanced DBS are required.
