Peabody is seeking an Awaab's Law Case Lead to join our Repairs Team in London. You will act as the primary link between residents and operations, driving timely resolution of urgent and health-and-safety related repair cases.
You will own cases from intake to closure, maintain thorough records, and collaborate with contractors and regional property services to ensure compliant, resident-centered outcomes. Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder skills are essential.
