Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate would be hard working with an eye for fashion; that ensures the customer is always the first priority. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, happy to work on their own but also as a part of our team.
Working hours would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday 10am-5pm (with the potential of a shorter Sunday shift if interested).
Applicants must be over the age of 21.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on product features and benefits to enhance the customer experience.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
- Handle transactions accurately using the till system, including processing payments and managing returns.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock checks.
- Accept deliveries, including unpacking and processing for both in-store and online products.
- Enforce our stores policies and procedures.
