The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 € per hour.

Self-employed | Part-time (approx. 10-16 hrs/week)

Location: Bicester (main base) with occasional Cheltenham work available.

Best fit for someone who can help us fill clinic space on Fridays and Saturdays, with the possibility of weekday mornings/evenings as rooms become available.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, personable Sports Therapist to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on sports therapy, rehab, and massage, with opportunities to grow your caseload and generous earnings through strong patient retention and referrals.

You’ll also have the chance to work with:

  • Insurance referrals
  • Gym-based rehabilitation
  • Deep tissue therapy and sports therapy clients

If patients love you and rebook (which we actively support), your earning potential grows accordingly.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver sports therapy and sports massage treatments
  • Support rehab programmes and gym-based recovery
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with our physio and therapy team

Pay & Hours

Self-employed, % split on earnings. Rates depend on experience (discussed at clinical interview stage). Flexible scheduling, with priority need for Fridays and Saturdays.

Requirements

  • BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy
  • BASRaT or SST registration
  • Level 3 or 5 Sports Massage
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • Manipulation or MET skills
  • Taping/strapping
  • Pilates or yoga
  • Strength & conditioning
  • MFR or trigger point therapy
