PE Global is recruiting a Project Coordinator for our client based in Barrow in Furness. The role is an initial 6 month contract with chance of extension. The rate for this role is £35 P/hour PAYE. The role is Hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure on-time delivery across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams.
- Provide internal and external delivery updates and compile communication packs.
- Work with project and delivery teams to track progress, mitigate risks and ensure successful project execution.
- Assist engineering teams with evaluating manufacturing readiness and efficiency and provide input into project scheduling.
- Support development of project service plans and associated procedures.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in preparation of final project close-out reports.
Qualifications:
- Studying towards, or holding, a Degree or Master’s qualification in a technical field (mechanical or electrical preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
