The predicted salary is between 14 - 19 Β£ per hour.
PE Global is currently recruiting for 2 x Sales Territory Business Managers for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in East Anglia or Southwest England & Wales. This is an initial 12 months contract position. The pay rate is between Β£17.32 and Β£23.09 per hour + car allowance of Β£580 per month. There are 2 roles available concentrating on different territories:
- East Anglia
- Southwest England & Wales
Duties of the role/Responsibilities:
- TBMs will have account ownership for Immunology in the accounts within their territory and will be accountable for identifying and maximising the most valuable opportunities dependent on customer, healthcare system and business needs.
- Define, prepare and implement a territory business plan, based on a clear understanding of local NHS and customer priorities.
- The TBM will lead the development of a cross-functional and focused business plan, working with the Regional Business Manager, VAM, MSL & MEA colleagues.
- Achieve/Exceed sales & new patient start targets through a mixture of focused customer interactions β including face to face calls, meetings & digital tactics.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise and product knowledge of own therapeutic area & appropriate competitor products.
- Support HCPs by continuing to develop/grow their key capabilities in line with the company's strategy for building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent partnership with local VAM, MSL & MEA as well as key Head Office colleagues to ensure good teamwork and support of the customer base, leading to optimum business achievement.
- Demonstration of high integrity & compliance at all times.
Education/Experience:
- Desire to be the best in a highly competitive environment.
- Proven track record in identifying and converting business opportunities into growth.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build strong internal/external relationships and manage a range of local stakeholders.
- Excellent demonstration of key capabilities such as in call selling skills using VBS, key account management and business planning.
- Strong evidence of personal accountability, flexibility and winning mindset.
- Ability to sell a broad portfolio of products across a variety of disease indications.
- Full UK Driving license.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- ABPI Desirable.
- Pharmaceutical experience desirable.
