Job Description PE Global is recruiting a Validation Engineer for our multinational manufacturing client based in Stafford. The role is an initial 12-month contract and the role is hybrid (Onsite 3 days a week). The rate for this role is £32.45 p/h to £ 43.60 p/h. Responsibilities of the role: Mechanical verification and validation of diesel engines, components and systems. Defining and managing engine, system and component validation plans. Coordination of day-to-day engineering activity and management of test and analysis activity. Failure analysis and defect resolution using industry-standard methods. Technical reporting. Conducting all work to operating procedures and local work methods in order to meet compliance with quality standards. Support to the design function is required through FMEA process. Working closely with global facilities. Occasional overseas travel may be necessary as required by business needs. Requirements: Engineering degree or other equivalent qualification/experience.
