PE Global is currently recruiting for a QA Associate - Product complaint, for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Basingstoke. This is an initial 12 months contract position. This role is based in Basingstoke working 37.5 hours per week. The candidate will be required to be in the office 5 days per week. The pay rate is between £14.87 and £19.78 per hour.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities related to the product complaint sample collection process.
  • Follow up on shipments with parcel service companies to ensure successful collection and delivery to the European Regional Centre.
  • Support activities related to the Patient Support Program.
  • Work with the European Regional Centre to manage complaints and relationships between the groups.
  • Maintain relationships and communication with Global Patient Safety.
  • Provide knowledge and support to Tier 1 Medical Information and RCPs as required.
  • Ensuring any confirmed failures of product or processes are reported to management.
  • Assisting in assuring the UK and IE Affiliate complies with the requirements of CQP-181 (Product Quality Operational Manual for Marketing Affiliates).
  • Ensuring documents are generated, controlled and retained in accordance with Affiliate SOP’s which meet global quality standards.
  • Support activities related to the Affiliate Quality Plan and team actions.
  • Support quality assurance audits – internal and external – and closure of observations.
  • The approvals are performed and documented in the electronic document management system Veeva QualityDocs.

Education/Experience:

  • Science graduate or equivalent.
  • Pharma experience is essential.
  • Experience with Veeva is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of local GDP procedures and Global Quality Standards relating to product distribution, product complaints and successful completion of the related knowledge assessments.
  • Completion of all relevant device complaint training and successful completion of the related knowledge assessments.
