PE Global is currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our multinational pharmaceutical client based in Basingstoke. This is an initial 12-month contract with the potential to extend. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days per week in the Basingstoke office and 2 days working remotely. The pay rate is £41.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with brand leaders to develop, execute, and measure omnichannel campaign strategies across digital and physical channels, including websites, email campaigns, and third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Omnichannel & Digital Execution team to ensure successful delivery of campaign tactics and digital initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend innovative digital technologies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive content reuse and consistency across multiple communication channels to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyse campaign performance using data and insights, providing recommendations to optimise future marketing activities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Code Review, Technology teams, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered compliantly and effectively.
  • Support the continued evolution of omnichannel marketing capabilities, helping to improve engagement with healthcare professionals and ultimately patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, omnichannel marketing, or customer engagement is preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience using data and analytics to measure campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working with new technologies and evolving digital marketing trends.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to compliance and ethical marketing practices.
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
