PE Global is currently recruiting for a Senior Medical Information Manager (German Speaker) for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Dublin. The role is fully remote.

This is an initial 6 months contract position and candidates must be fluent in German and English.

The role is Inside IR35.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities

  • Support services for Country MI teams and Global MI teams
  • Identification and reporting of AEs/PCs
  • Provide timely and quality responses to medical enquiries escalated
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs with regard to timeliness, and meet the minimum criteria in quality reviews conducted by management
  • Write or review MI deliverables to ensure they meet quality requirements –scientifically balanced and evidence-based, adhere to topic/key messages, language and grammar are correct, regulatory/safety/legal aspects are considered
  • Provide input into tactical plans for development of MI deliverables with the Medical Information Manager
  • Provide input into MI Service processes and standards to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
  • Lead the generation of reports for stakeholders on enquiry metrics and insights from countries and regions
  • Develop content development for digital platforms

Education/Experience

  • A strong background in Medical Information is required, ideally with global experience and at least three years of local MI expertise.
  • Education Minimum: healthcare professional degree or degree in a healthcare-related field Desirable: advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) in life science/healthcare
  • Languages · Fluent German (oral and written) and · Fluent English (oral and written)
