PE Global are recruiting for a Relocation Specialist for our pharmaceutical client based in Leopardstown, Dublin. This is a 12-month contract part-time, fully remote role.
Job Responsibilities

Manages the administrative day-to-day activities of International Assignments and relocations.

Provides support for relocation letters, GOA tracking and maintenance, cost estimates and any other compensation related calculations.

Serves as the primary point of contact for supplier day-to-day initiations and issue resolutions.

Tracks and resolves all service escalations. Provides status reports to International Assignment Manager and HR/Business clients.

Manages all onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition to the host location. This may include benefits, payroll, etc.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Partner with relocation, tax and data external providers to provide a high level of service to relocating employees.

Support special projects as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, * Bachelor’s degree with a track record of academic success. Minimum of six years of Human Resources or related experience (With a Master’s degree, four years of minimum experience required)
