PE Global are recruiting for a Senior Administrative Assistant for a global pharmaceutical client based in London on a hybrid basis (2/3 days in the office). Contract duration: 18 months with strong potential to extend or go permanent. Rate: £20.67 per hour PAYE.

Job Responsibilities for this Senior Administrative Assistant role:

  • For Global Clinical Teams Meetings: logistics; track meeting attendance, and support minute preparation; serve as administrator of GCT Meeting Manager (e.g., set up the date/time of and add team members, study details, program-level document details, maintain GCT meeting manager).
  • Support travel arrangements of all assigned Clinical Development Heads, Clinical Medical Directors and Global Program Clinical Heads.
  • Onboarding new hires – office set up, welcome tour for new hires, schedule intro meetings with CTT and GCT members, laptop shipment (if applicable), other activities to support onboarding, etc.
  • Act as Healthcare Provider contract coordinator for Advisory Boards and ongoing consultancy.
  • Raise POs in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • 5 years + supporting the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (essential)
  • Experience supporting a CRO (desirable)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with meeting management systems (e.g., GCT Meeting Manager or similar)
  • Experience with Concur / similar travel and expense management systems.
