The Role As Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete electrical scope of works, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will play a key leadership role on-site, driving programme adherence, quality, safety, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all electrical installation activities across the project. Lead electrical design coordination and technical interfaces with internal teams and specialist subcontractors. Monitor project progress, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, and quality targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders. Drive productivity through effective short-term and long-term planning. Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Quality compliance. Monitor critical project milestones and proactively manage risks to programme delivery. Manage labour resources, plant, materials, and subcontractor performance. Lead and mentor project delivery teams including engineers, supervisors, package managers, and foremen. Coordinate project activities to ensure resources, information, equipment, and materials are available when required. Manage interfaces with other trades and subcontractors to maintain safe and efficient site operations. Review and approve project documentation, reports, and site records.
