PE Global Recruitment is currently working with Europe's leading Data Centre delivery partner to recruit a CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Lead to join a brand new Data Centre Construction project in Blyth. This is a full time, permanent role.
The CSA Lead will oversee the Civil, Structural, and Architectural elements of a major Data Centre project, ensuring successful delivery from design through to handover. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
Requirements
- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all CSA aspects of the project from design through to completion.
- Manage, track, and develop plans for project budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures, and overall performance.
- Direct the setup and implementation of CSA activities, ensuring that best-practice reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems are established from the outset.
- Coordinate closely with Client, Design Teams, and Project Management, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, and programme.
- Oversee ongoing client satisfaction, maintaining clear communication on progress, cost, and delivery milestones.
- Proactively monitor Health & Safety compliance, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to all statutory and company requirements.
- Drive and monitor quality performance, ensuring that project standards and client expectations are consistently achieved and exceeded.
- Support integration with MEP and Commissioning teams, ensuring alignment of CSA works with project interfaces and overall programme requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant Construction, Civil, Structural, or Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in a CSA leadership role on large-scale Data Centre or industrial projects within a contracting environment.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and coordination of CSA works in high-technology environments.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant project management tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Proactive, diligent, and solutions-focused approach with a strong eye for detail.
- Demonstrated leadership capability – able to delegate effectively, prioritise workloads, lead productive meetings, and act as a role model for others.
