PE Global are currently recruiting for a Learning Strategy Project Manager for a 6 months contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client based in London – remote within the UK.
£390 – £480 daily rate with an Umbrella company.
Job Responsibilities
• Shape and drive the learning strategy, ensuring alignment with global strategy
• Lead the design and rollout of learning frameworks
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions to embed program frameworks
• Develop and implement governance for learning delivery, including milestone tracking and reporting
• Partner with country program managers and SMEs to ensure learning consistency and local adaptation
• Identify and mitigate risks to learning adoption (e.g., resistance to change, time commitment)
• Drive continuous improvement of learning programs based on feedback and performance metric.
Requirements
• 8+ years in learning strategy, medical affairs capability building, or large-scale program management (preferably in pharma/biotech).
• Experience leading cross-country or global learning initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
• Experience with change management and overcoming local adoption barriers.
