PE Global is currently recruiting for a HR Consultant (Employee Relations experience) for a leading multi-national consumer goods and personal care client.
This is an initial 6-12 month contract position based in Barrow-in-Furness, Flint or remote.
Pay rate is up to Β£23.22ph based on experience.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for handling employee relation cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions
- Disciplinary Investigations
- Grievance investigations
- LTS Absence Management
- Capability management
Education/Experience
- Requires experience of case report writing, writing comprehensive outcome letters
- Requires experience of coaching leaders through ER casework and willingness to be hand on vs advisory
- Seasoned in role with demonstratable experience
- Keen to expand on ER knowledge
- CIPD Level 5
- FMCG/Manufacturing ER experience would be desirable
