PE Global is currently recruiting for a HR Consultant (Employee Relations experience) for a leading multi-national consumer goods and personal care client.

This is an initial 6-12 month contract position based in Barrow-in-Furness, Flint or remote.

Pay rate is up to Β£23.22ph based on experience.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for handling employee relation cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions
  • Disciplinary Investigations
  • Grievance investigations
  • LTS Absence Management
  • Capability management

Education/Experience

  • Requires experience of case report writing, writing comprehensive outcome letters
  • Requires experience of coaching leaders through ER casework and willingness to be hand on vs advisory
  • Seasoned in role with demonstratable experience
  • Keen to expand on ER knowledge
  • CIPD Level 5
  • FMCG/Manufacturing ER experience would be desirable
