PE Global Group are currently looking for a Group Sales Director. This role is a key hire and supports business growth across the organisation. The job entails selling the services of PE Global, developing clients, tendering for new projects, winning new business of many different project sizes and being the front-face of PE Global with clients. The successful candidate will be part of the senior management team, and this role offers flexible, hybrid working options with offices throughout Ireland, the UK and India.

The successful candidate responsibilities will include:
- Developing new large-scale clients for PE Global throughout Ireland and the UK.
- Active leadership in the company for strategic sales thinking.
- Putting in place a sales and account management systems for the company to target clients throughout Europe, creating a sales higher-cloud level in the company outside normal company sales/recruitment functions.
- Definition and development of the company’s sales strategy.
- Control and development of the company’s tendering process, whilst also bringing in tender opportunities.
- Account management of larger clients across the recruitment group.
- Expectation to grow and nurture current relationships, linking the different verticals in the group.
- Representing the company at numerous business forums, like the Chamber of commerce, business breakfast events etc.
- Building a great new business pipeline and closing deals to exceed 100% of projected targets.
- Improving prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation and closing training in the company.
- Driving the company in sales events, conferences and large-scale sales campaigns.
- Collaborating closely with marketing to drive high-impact sales and marketing campaigns.
- Being part of the PE Global senior management team, with full visibility on company trading.
- In the medium term, growing and managing a EMEA sales team driving the company forward.
- Hybrid work/home option with travel to the Cork head Office, London and sub offices expected regularly.
The successful candidate will need to have experience in the following areas:
- Proven track record of business development and achieving sales targets working with complex organisations and senior decision makers.
- Experience in selling Services to clients is essential rather than product selling or packaged sales solutions.
- Strong proven experience working and dealing with people at the Director or C-Suite level in companies, preferably with a strong contact list.
- Experience within the HR/Tech/Recruitment or Life Sciences/Healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain resilient client relationships.
- Competence with budgets, targets and finances.
- Confidence to be a “Leader” in the company.
- Understanding of the current business climate and career trends.
