PE Global is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a leading global technology and engineering organisation on an initial 6-month contract basis.

Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

Contract Duration: Initial 6-Month Contract

Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 8:00am and 5:00pm)

Working Arrangement: Office-based during training, with potential for hybrid or remote working thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to local procurement and sourcing activities.
  • Assist with the preparation, filing and maintenance of supply chain documentation, reports, performance metrics and correspondence.
  • Process and maintain supply chain data, records and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support the creation, distribution, management and closure of purchase orders.
  • Review and analyse catalogue updates to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Participate in supply chain-related audits and compliance activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and local requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, procurement, supply chain or purchasing support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with ERP systems or procurement software would be advantageous.
