PE Global are recruiting for a Fleet Operations Analyst on behalf of a global biopharmaceutical client based in London on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office). Contract duration: 12 months. Rate: £24.73 per hour PAYE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ‘day to day’ fleet operational activity in partnership with preferred fleet suppliers.
- Central point of contact for employees within our client's Company Car Scheme with focus on providing a fantastic customer experience and achieving service excellence.
- Production of all fleet management reporting - fuel auditing, car fleet payroll, and taxable benefit reports in accordance with program reporting schedule.
- Co-ordination of weekly HR data flow between our client and preferred fleet suppliers to include prioritisation of onboarding and leaver experience.
- Maintenance of surplus vehicle log and proactive reallocation of vehicles in accordance with the car policy.
- Perform quarterly emissions (sustainability) procedure as informed by Fleet Director.
Requirements:
- IFCM – Institute of Car Fleet Management or other recognised/certified fleet management body.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word.
