PE Global is currently recruiting for a Facility NPI Procurement Professional on behalf of a leading construction, mining and engineering equipment manufacturer based in Peterlee.
Contract duration: 12 months
Location: Peterlee

Role Overview
As a Facility NPI Procurement Professional, you will play a key role in supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) supply activities within a manufacturing facility. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a lean, responsive, and resilient flow of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of efficient material and service flow for NPI programmes, from source through to dock and beyond
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, inventory optimisation, and quality improvements
- Contribute to business case development, including risk assessment and proposal validation
- Monitor and operate procurement processes to meet targets around cost, quality, responsiveness, and lean principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve facility-specific supply issues
- Support supply chain performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives
