PE Global is currently recruiting for an
Equipment Operator to join a leading energy services organisation on a 6-month contract based in
Fawley .
As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the safe, efficient and reliable delivery of field services and equipment operations.
You will work closely with field and maintenance crews to prepare equipment for operations, ensuring all activities are completed safely, accurately and in line with required standards.
Pay Rate: £12.95 per hour PAYE
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
- Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
- Maintain equipment in good, safe working order according to required standards, reporting any problems or deviations.
- Support and maintain the safety of yourself and the wider crew.
- Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down activities.
- Operate equipment according to your competency level and specific job requirements.
- Wear the required PPE and fully comply with HSE policies and procedures.
- Maintain all required safety training and ensure training remains up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support efficient field operations.
- Assist field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.

The successful candidate will be safety-conscious, reliable and comfortable working as part of a team in an operational environment.
You should have a strong commitment to following HSE procedures, maintaining equipment standards and delivering work accurately and on time.
