Overview
PE Global is recruiting a Business Support Analyst for our manufacturing client based in Desford. This is an initial 12‑month contract, offering £18.04 p/hour PAYE or £24.70 p/hour Umbrella.
This is a business-focused support role, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth and accurate order processing. You will act as a key point of contact for resolving order issues, improving workflows, and supporting the day-to-day commercial operations of the business.
Responsibilities
- Support daily order management activities across the business.
- Act as a point of contact for customer and business partner queries relating to orders, documentation, and invoicing.
- Investigate and resolve order, invoicing, or documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and support updates to business process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual or repetitive tasks using digital tools.
- Support system updates and testing, ensuring new features align with business needs (SAP, Salesforce, CMOPS).
- Monitor internal ticket queues to ensure timely resolution of business-related requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working with orders and invoicing in a commercial or operational environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce (required).
- Experience with CMOPS (required).
- Power BI experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in a business operations context (not an IT support role).
