PE Global is recruiting a Warehouse (Materials) Supervisor for a leading global industrial and technology organisation.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Location: Gloucester
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Storekeepers and Materials Specialists.
- Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through SAP/WMS reconciliation and cycle counting.
- Manage purchase order closures and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor and act on exception reports to maintain data integrity.
- Support inventory optimisation initiatives and intercompany transfers.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
- Produce KPI reports and drive continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or materials management supervisory role.
- Strong SAP experience (MM, WM, or EWM preferred).
- Good Excel and computer skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organised with a focus on accuracy and operational excellence.
