PE Global is currently recruiting for a Project Site Administrator/Coordinator for a leading multi-national energy technology client based in Bentley / Beverley (East Riding of Yorkshire). This is an initial 12 month contract position working on site 100% Inside IR35.
Location: Bentley / Beverley (East Riding of Yorkshire)
Pay rate is £202.16 per day PAYE or £266.67 per day Umbrella.
The role is administrational and no technical / engineering skills are required.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities:
- The Project Site Coordinator (PSC) supports the Site Manager and the construction site team by managing administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks, ensuring that site operations run efficiently and in a structured way.
- The role aims to allow technical and operational staff to focus on their core activities by providing strong administrative support and process organization.
- The PSC is responsible for maintaining a clear overview of site activities, processes, and resources, while actively identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- The position reports hierarchically to the Site Manager and functionally to the Head of Construction & Commissioning (C&C) Site Support.
- Depending on project needs, the role may also be combined with Site Document Controller or Site Logistic Coordinator responsibilities.
Education/Experience:
- The role is administrational and no technical / engineering skills are required.
- Mandatory: vehicle, very good level of English, local knowledge of the area.
- Good to have: experience in construction.
