About the Role

PE Global is recruiting an Omnichannel Strategist on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market‑leading business that is investing heavily in digital transformation and customer engagement.

As an Omnichannel Strategist, you will play a key role in delivering innovative omnichannel marketing strategies that create seamless and personalised experiences for healthcare professionals. Working alongside cross‑functional teams, you will lead campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and performance analysis to maximise engagement across multiple digital and physical channels.

Location

Basingstoke (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Contract

12 months (with potential extension)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and measurement of omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital channels including websites, email campaigns, and third‑party platforms.
  • Partner closely with brand teams to develop customer‑centric marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with digital execution teams to ensure successful delivery of campaign activities.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies and digital solutions that improve customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Promote content re‑use and consistency across multiple communication channels.
  • Analyse campaign performance using data and marketing analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Establish and monitor campaign KPIs, reporting on performance, ROI, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with compliance, technical teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within regulatory requirements.

  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement.
