PE Global is recruiting a Store Assistant for our oil and gas client based in Aberdeen. The role is an initial 12-month contract role. The rate for this role is £13.25 p/h. The hours for this role are 7am-3.30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Equipment Readiness Lead in preparing equipment for jobs.
  • Execute work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
  • Organise and prepare documentation for equipment bookings, shipments, inspections, and quality control.
  • Prepare and stage equipment and critical spares for shipment.
  • Load equipment onto trucks when needed.
  • Receive and process returning equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in oil and gas or renewables industry, or similar working within a busy yard.

Desired Experience & Exposures:

  • Forklift Certification - B2 Essential, B3 preferred.
  • Cranes Certification.
  • Banksman Sling Certification.
  • Preferable experience with Dangerous Goods.
  • SAP Experience preferred.
