We are looking for Support Workers to pick up a line of work in Workington, Cumbria. You will be working with a young gentleman who needs support to live independently in his own home.

Responsibilities include supporting the client to carry out personal and social activities, which may vary day to day.

Staffing and Shifts

  • Staffing Ratio: 2:1
  • Shift Pattern / Schedule: Rolling Rota will be put in place, including every other weekend.
  • Shifts will be 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am.
  • Long term placement, regular work and flexible shifts.
