PE Global is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our well‑established manufacturing client in Skelmersdale. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, safety‑focused warehouse environment supporting production operations on an initial 12-month contract.
Pay Rates:
- Day Shift: £12.96 per hour
- Shift Rate: £15.81 per hour
- Night Shift: £16.85 per hour
- FLT Days: £14.89 per hour
Shifts (38 hours per week – Rotating):
- 06:00 – 14:00, Monday–Thursday
- 06:00 – 12:00, Friday
- 09:30 – 18:00, Monday–Thursday
- 08:30 – 15:00, Friday
Responsibilities:
- Picking orders and supplying products to production cells
- General warehouse operations within a busy, well‑lit, clean, and safe environment
- Receiving and reviewing customer orders to identify items to be picked
- Verifying stock availability and filling orders to specification
- Preparing goods for dispatch: assembling, addressing, stamping, and arranging shipments
- Loading and unloading trucks and other transport
- Moving materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate material‑handling equipment
- Entering product details into warehouse systems and maintaining accurate shipment records
- Operating industrial trucks or tractors to transport materials across the facility
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification
- Ability to work shifts and adapt to changing workloads
- Comfortable working with moderate work direction
- Able to identify issues and seek guidance where needed
- Basic computer skills desirable

This site is located outside the town centre, so own transport is highly desirable. Candidates must have full right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the contract.
