Job Description:
- Collaborate with colleagues to actively plan, develop, and deliver Emergency Services for the Directorate.
- Provide directorial input to patients and lead patient care coordination at the hospital.
- Participate in the Consultant on-call rotation, ensuring coverage during colleagues’ absences.
- Maintain a continuous commitment to patient care and uphold high professional standards.
- Cultivate connections with General Practitioners and have the freedom to develop specialized services within available resources.
- This role, part of the Clinical Directorate of Emergency Medicine, involves supporting the Clinical Director in managerial and administrative functions.

Qualifications
Essential
- Full GMC Registration and Licence to Practice or Process of GMC
- MBBS or equivalent
- CCT or CESR (or entry within 6 months) in ICM and EMMCEM or other equivalent Royal College Postgraduate Examination
Experience and Skills
Essential
- Possesses up-to-date ALS, APLS, and ATLS or ETC certification
- Evidence of commitment to further postgraduate education/continuous professional development.
Desirable
- FICE Accreditation or Similar
- ALS or Equivalent Instructor status
