PE Global is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager with experience within the pharmaceutical industry, for a contract role with a leading multinational Animal Health client based in London – hybrid.

The Digital Marketing Manager, in partnership with channel leads, content creators, external agencies, Strategic Insights, and social media teams, applies advanced analytics tools and marketing solutions to design omni-channel customer journeys intended to provide a coordinated and personalized customer experience.

  • Integrated promotional strategies: development and execution of promotional strategies in accordance with the brand strategy, including content, messaging, channel mix and promotional/non-promotional marketing.
  • Customer experience: Enhances our customer focus by identifying the digital footprint of customers through advanced website and data analytics and incorporating the insights into planning and execution to develop tailored and dynamic engagement strategies at segment/individual level to provide customers with a seamless experience.
  • Maximizing business outcomes: defining strong goals, KPIs and metrics embedded in the planning and execution, with continuous assessment of performance, identifying opportunities and problematic areas, working towards optimizing the campaigns in a real-time fashion.
  • Agile mindset promotional teams: lead team with agile mindset comprised of cross-functional team members, internally and externally, that will collaborate to move from strategy to implementation and execution, to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a marketing, digital or business discipline.
  • Extensive/substantial experience in digital marketing and customer engagement.
  • Experience in planning and executing omnichannel campaigns that deliver a personalised customer journey and user experience.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams in the planning, delivery, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns to ensure seamless integration with broader brand strategy.
  • Experience managing social media and first-party campaigns, and managing spend over the course of the project to maximise results.
  • Experience working within healthcare, pharma and/or a regulated environment is beneficial.
