PE Global is currently recruiting for a Marketing Associate – Hotel Partnerships for a leading global technology and travel platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast‑paced team supporting hotel partners through the onboarding process and helping deliver an exceptional partner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding of hotel partners onto the platform
  • Provide one‑to‑one white glove support across connectivity, content creation, and listing readiness
  • Guide partners through KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
  • Respond promptly and professionally to host and partner inquiries
  • Deliver high‑quality support to improve the onboarding experience
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with hotel partners
  • Provide ongoing tailored support to help partners succeed on the platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding journey

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing, partner support, account management, hospitality, or customer success in a global company
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience within the hotel, hospitality, travel, or technology sector is advantageous
  • Familiarity with onboarding or KYC processes is desirable
  • Customer‑focused with a proactive and solutions‑driven mindset
