EMEA Talent Partner – HR Business Partner

12-Month Contract | London (hybrid)| £48.07–£60.09 per hour

PE Global is currently recruiting for anEMEA Talent Partner / HR Business Partneron behalf of a leading global technology and travel organisation.

The successful candidate will partner with senior business leaders across EMEA, providing strategic HR advice, coaching and support while helping to shape and deliver people initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trustedstrategic advisor and coach to business leaderson people matters, organisational design and team development.
  • Lead and support cyclicaltalent management programmes, including performance reviews, talent planning and employee relations.
  • Partner with HRCentres of Excellence (COEs)to implement employee experience, talent and workplace initiatives across EMEA.
  • ChampionDiversity & Belonginginitiatives, ensuring global programmes are effectively implemented at a regional and local level.
  • ProvideEMEA-specific insights and recommendationsto global People teams to help shape wider talent and HR strategies.
  • Support leaders across a range of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment and change management.
  • Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and identify opportunities to improve organisational and employee outcomes.
  • Work effectively across diverse cultures, geographies and stakeholder groups within a fast-paced, matrixed global organisation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within fast-moving, high-growth and globally distributed organisations.
  • Broad HR expertise across4+ functional areas, such as HR Business Partnering, Compensation, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Talent Management.
  • Strong experience advising and influencingsenior managers and business leadersin complex, matrixed environments.
  • Proven experience across core HR disciplines, particularlyEmployee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and Change Management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a high level ofemotional intelligenceand the ability to handle sensitive and complex organisational matters.
  • Experience working acrossEMEA and diverse international cultures and geographies.
  • Experience usingGoogle Workspace/Suiteto collect, analyse and present HR data.
  • Workday experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience usingAI platforms and toolsto manage work products and improve outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred. Relevant specialisms may includeOrganisational Behaviour, Organisational Development, Employment Law, Compensation, Statistics or Business.

A genuine interest intravel and the travel industry, alongside a strong focus on both internal and external customer experience, would be highly beneficial.
