We are looking for dedicated RGNs to join our team in our client in Gloucester. You will be responsible for providing top level support to people experiencing all kinds of health challenges in a busy NHS trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work cohesively in a team full of healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate calmness and due diligence whilst on shift.
- Liaising closely with the family members of the patients to update them on the health of their family members.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records are maintained.
- Follow NMC Procedures and practices when doing tasks such as administering medication.
- Promote recovery and rehabilitation through a person-centred approach.
Essential Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Proven experience in a mental health nursing environment (e.g., inpatient, community, or outpatient care).
- Flexibility in terms of what shifts you can work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
