PE Global is currently recruiting for an Associate Brand Manager for an initial 12 month contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client based in Basingstoke – hybrid.
Reporting to the Associate Director Dermatology and Rheumatology Brand Leader UK&ROI, this role will form part of a marketing team developing our promotional offerings and ultimately ensuring great customer experiences.
There will be opportunity to work with an exciting established brand which has seen immense transformation over the last couple of years.
In the role you will be involved in leading the implementation of different projects and localisation of global materials.
The role will include a lot of cross-functional work and it is key to develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be part of a diverse cross-functional brand team, including best practice sharing with peers and developing relationships with Global/regional teams.
There will also be a series of opportunities to work on various related projects, for example P2P/e P2P, large face to face congresses and salesforce and digital materials.
Requirements Experience in pharma is required and dermatology or rheumatology therapeutic area is preferable Veeva experience (please add that to your CV) Strong project management skills Self- motivated and able to prioritise Strong team player A solid compliance mindset, demonstrated integrity on the job, and ability to lead others in producing high quality, compliant work Analytical skills; analysing sales figures, market conditions and competitor performances.
Enthusiastic, curious, and flexible with high learning agility.
