PE global Healthcare is currently recruiting Nursing Programme Co-Ordinator for a prestigious private hospital based in Saudi Arabia Position Summary * Holds 24-hour administrative and operational responsibility for managing the assigned nursing division or department. * Oversees the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care services. * Provides leadership and guidance to department managers and support personnel to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. * Ensures compliance with professional practice standards, policies, and procedures across the department. * Works collaboratively with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and other senior leadership to align departmental goals with the overall mission and vision of the healthcare organization. * Actively participates in strategic planning, resource management, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. * Maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including nursing coordinators, case managers, clinical teams, rehabilitation staff, and support services. * Engages with external departments such as HR and Government Affairs for matters related to staff, patients, and family concerns. * Promotes a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in nursing practice. Senior Nursing Leadership Responsibilities – Summary * Supports the CNO in shaping strategic plans, mission alignment, and policy development. * Collaborates on annual business and operating plans for Nursing and Clinical Services. * Oversees departmental budgets including staffing, supplies, and equipment. * Monitors and analyzes key performance metrics (e.g., LOS, overtime, vacancies, turnover). * Ensures compliance with regulatory standards (CBAHI, JCI, IHI, etc.). * Utilizes quality improvement (QI) data to enhance patient care and outcomes. * Leads development and enforcement of corrective action plans to embed QI into clinical practice. * Facilitates staff development through training, education, and international learning opportunities. * Coordinates nursing disaster response planning within medical service protocols. * Directs and supports Nursing Shift Coordinators and Unit Managers in operational excellence.
