We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join a dynamic Outpatient Procedural Area team. This role is ideal for a motivated nursing professional with strong clinical expertise, a patient-centered approach, and experience in advanced outpatient procedural care environments.
The successful candidate will provide complex, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing a variety of outpatient procedures while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient experience. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care within the outpatient procedural setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and protocols
- Support procedural sedation practices where applicable
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Licensure & Certifications
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) where applicable
- Conscious Sedation certification where applicable
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ nursing experience
- At least 4 years’ experience in a clinically related outpatient procedural area

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
