We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Nurse to provide advanced-level nursing care within a dynamic acute care environment. The successful candidate will support high standards of patient care, contribute to operational efficiency, mentor junior nursing staff, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced, evidence-based nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
  • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care throughout the patient journey from admission to discharge.
  • Support unit operations by assisting with workflow coordination, patient care delivery, and effective resource utilization.
  • Mentor and precept junior nurses, new hires, and trainees to support professional growth and clinical competency.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations using sound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Minimum 4 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in Medical/Surgical nursing or a related specialty
  • Fluent English language skills; Arabic is an advantage
