We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to deliver advanced nursing care within a high-acuity clinical environment. The successful candidate will support operational excellence, mentor junior nurses, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients while monitoring and evaluating patient progress throughout the care journey.
  • Respond effectively to emergency and life-saving situations using strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and critical care expertise.
  • Support unit operations by assisting with workflow coordination, resource utilization, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
  • Mentor, precept, and support junior nurses, new hires, and trainees during orientation and competency development.
  • Perform complex nursing procedures safely and accurately while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety standards, documentation requirements, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide patient and family education with compassion, professionalism, and respect for cultural diversity, dignity, and individual preferences.

Requirements

  • International Diploma in Nursing (minimum 3 years) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum 4 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in Critical Care or a related specialty
  • Fluent English language skills; Arabic is an advantage
