We are seeking an experienced and motivated Charge Nurse to support operational excellence within a Medical Surgical unit. This leadership-focused role is responsible for coordinating daily clinical operations, enhancing workflow efficiency, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, provide advanced problem-solving support, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives that promote patient safety, operational effectiveness, and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily team performance and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff.

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills; Arabic is an advantage
