Job Title & Location
PE Global is recruiting for two Sales Territory Business Managers for a leading multi‑national pharma client based in East Anglia and Southwest England & Wales.
Contract & Compensation
This is an initial 12‑month contract position. Pay is £17.32–£23.09 per hour, plus a car allowance of £580 per month.

Responsibilities
- Account ownership for Immunology within the assigned territory; identify and maximise valuable opportunities based on customer, healthcare system, and business needs.
- Define, prepare, and implement a territory business plan based on a clear understanding of local NHS and customer priorities; lead cross‑functional, focused planning with the Regional Business Manager, VAM, MSL, and MEA colleagues.
- Achieve or exceed sales and new patient start targets through focused customer interactions, including face‑to‑face calls, meetings, and digital tactics.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise and product knowledge of own therapeutic area and relevant competitor products.
- Support HCPs by developing and growing their key capabilities in line with the company’s strategy for building lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with local VAM, MSL, MEA, and head‑office colleagues to ensure strong teamwork and support of the customer base, driving optimum business achievement.
- Demonstrate high integrity and compliance at all times.
Education & Experience

- Proven track record in identifying and converting business opportunities into growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and manage a range of local stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skills in call‑selling, VBS, key‑account management, and business planning.
- Strong evidence of personal accountability, flexibility, and a winning mindset.
- Ability to sell a broad portfolio of products across a variety of disease indications.
- Full UK driving licence.
Additional Skills / Preferences
- ABPI membership desirable.
- Pharmaceutical experience desirable.
