Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with contract opportunities across our Managed Service accounts, recruiting for leading multi-national clients.
- Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Sourcing candidates using various methods such as job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms.
- Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
- Involved in various stages of the recruitment process, which includes scheduling candidate interviews, completing reference checks, and organising pre-employment medicals.
- Account management of large-scale multinational clients.
- Attending networking events.
