Recruitment Manager - Renewables

PE Global Group are currently looking for a Recruitment Manager – Renewables We are seeking an experienced and driven recruitment leader to establish and oversee our Renewable Contract & Permanent Recruitment Department. This exciting and high-impact role offers the opportunity to build and scale a department that focuses on attracting top talent across the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for building and leading a team, driving business growth, and developing recruitment strategies for both contract and permanent roles across the renewable energy space (solar, wind, hydro, energy storage, and emerging technologies). Duties of the role • Establish and develop the Renewable Recruitment Department, including recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team. • Develop and implement best-in-class recruitment processes for both contract and permanent roles. • Drive business development efforts to expand client base, targeting key players in the renewable energy industry. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs for both short-term contract and long-term permanent hires. • Develop bespoke workforce solutions for clients, including end-to-end recruitment services, contractor management, and talent mapping. • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the renewable …
