The role
PE Global are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to lead our Accountancy & Finance Division. This is a permanent role based in our stunning London offices.
Duties of the role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the finance and accountancy sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client portfolio.
- Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for finance and accountancy roles.
- Build and maintain a network of top-tier talent within the industry.
- Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
- Analyze competitor activity and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Contribute to the development of market intelligence reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.
- Support and mentor junior members of the recruitment team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead/Manager with a focus on Finance and Accountancy roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the finance and accountancy sector, including market trends and key players.
- Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to cultivate new business.
- Strong networking and creative approach to engaging clients and candidates.
- Demonstrable skills in developing and maintaining resilient client relationships with senior leaders and influencers.
- Experience in developing new business and new products.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and online resources e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn.
