PE Global is recruiting an experienced Production Operator for our personal care client based in Flint. The role is an initial 7-month contract. Responsibilities: • Carries out basic operations within a production section – understanding the impact of that process on other areas. • Identifies quality issues within own areas and escalates where applicable. • Carries out defined work under instruction. • Resolves problems within own work area. • Is able to control hand tools with precision. • Maintains work area to the defined standards. • Have operational experience with FMCG. • 4 on /6 off Shift pattern (1st week will be Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, then shift thereafter) Requirements: • The job holder should be educated to NVQ level 2 or equivalent, preferably within a manufacturing or production discipline. • Ideally they will have a basic understanding of paper technology or general manufacturing processes. • They will be self-motivated and conscientious to detail in the work they carry out. • They will have good numeracy and verbal skills and have a good standard of communication.
